Torno Subito’s debut Asian flagship in Singapore is a collaboration with the COMO Group.
‘Torno Subito’ means ‘I’ll be right back’ in colloquial Italian. Conceived by internationally acclaimed chef Massimo Bottura, the culinary concept is inspired by 1960s Italy, an era synonymous with the Golden Age of Italian cinema and summers along the Adriatic Riviera.
Our menu showcases the whimsical and innovative use of ingredients that celebrate the specialties of the Emilia-Romagna region – from balsamic vinegar of Modena, and cured meats to fresh pasta -, where Bottura comes from.
Housed in a former British army barrack, the restaurant is designed by award-winning Italian designer Paola Navone of OTTO Studio, delivering vibrant expressions reminiscent of idyllic holidays by the seaside.

Hailing from Abruzzo, Italy, Pirozzi brings a wealth of experience from some of Italy’s finest dining establishments to our kitchen. Since 2022, Pirozzi has led the one-Michelin-starred Torno Subito in Dubai.
