We’ve carefully put together exclusive menus for the month of March, in support of our chosen charity partner
United Women Singapore.
Each time you order from our menu specials, a portion of the proceeds will go towards the non-profit organisation’s local programmes, which advance women’s empowerment and gender equality. This includes GenSafe Workplaces, which focuses on Anti-Violence and advocates for workplace policies to support the survivors of domestic violence among the employees, and its flagship programme Girls2Pioneers that reaches out to girls, particularly those from disadvantaged and marginalised backgrounds, to encourage them to take up STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) subjects in their higher education and careers, thus paving the way for a more gender equal society.

Culina Bistro
A spread of daily specials including Ortiz Anchovies, Cauliflower with Chilled Giardiniera, Millefeuille with Poached Rhubarb and Vanilla Crème, and more.
Available from March 3rd to 17th, dine-in only. Pair it with some dazzling cocktails and mocktails specially concocted for this month featuring premium non-alcoholic botanical aperitif Melati, a homegrown label by a female entrepreneur. Available for all of March.
Culina Market
International Women’s Day blossoms in the colour purple, which signifies justice and dignity. In honour of this symbolic colour, we’re rolling out butterfly pea and pandan doughnuts to treat your friends and family with.
Available at the Bakery from March 1st to 20th.
The Dempsey Cookhouse and Bar
A three-course delight with culinary creations by two of our favourite female chefs Melissa Revilla and Jeanette Ow. Standout dishes include Salmon Tartare on Warm Garlic Bread, Black Pepper Crab Fritters, Spicy Salami with Kale Pizza, Slow-Baked Salmon, Beef Ribeye and Lemon Basque Tart.

Ippoh Tempura Bar by Ginza Ippoh
Specially brought in for this month is the Nadagiku Judo Junmai Daiginjo by one of the few female brewers in Japan – Misa Kawaishi. Produced in Hyogo Prefecture using their premium local rice, Yumenishiki, the sake has a fruity character with a bold structure. With beautiful depth and a lot of freshness, have it with our tempura for a dazzling pairing.
